Mô tả công việc
Coordinate and administer onboarding, orientation, and compliance training programs (from Rosewood Hotel Group, Ownership and Legally Mandatory Training)
Facilitate learning initiatives including service culture, guest experience, leadership, and brand standards
Prepare monthly learning & activity calendar
Support LQA, SOP, and guest service training initiatives
Identify learning needs and develop training plans
Coordinate leadership and talent development programs
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
Maintain training records and compliance documentation
Support associate engagement and recognition programs
Assist D.E.I & Sustainability initiatives
Coordinate internal trainers and subject matter experts
Handle internal communication channels
Support other T&C tasks when needed

Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
Creative mindset and learning content development ability
Passion for perfection
