Purpose of Position:
• Responsible for building people/leadership capability and developing an adaptive and competitive organization.
• Work with
business leaders and HR partners to create learning strategies that are in line with the business needs, deploy them to the organization, and create the learning solutions needed.
Responsibilities:
• Drive people and organizational capabilities through comprehensive talent management strategies, including conducting talent and performance reviews aligned to Corporate framework, training and development programs aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Lead and execute talent development programs and frameworks to ensure effectiveness, with a focus on building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Lead talent development program and framework to reach its effectiveness.
• Execute and support the company's performance management process, ensuring alignment with development goals and business objectives.
• Build a learning organization through various learning and development initiatives, including maximizing the learning platform as LMS. Embed it into a learning culture.
• Support functional development program through formalize its framework, execution and outcome.
• Drive employee engagement survey and action plan together with HRBP.
• Support and follow up the culture development program to ensure organization effectiveness.
• Build and develop a strong L&D team.
• Support the employer branding activities when required.
• Build good relationship with stakeholders and coach, guide and support them in term of development needs.
• Build and own the training and development cost.
