Purpose of Position:
• Responsible for building people/leadership capability and developing an adaptive and competitive organization.
• Work with
business leaders and HR partners to create learning strategies that are in line with the business needs, deploy them to the organization, and create the learning solutions needed.
Responsibilities:
• Drive people and organizational capabilities through comprehensive talent management strategies, including conducting talent and performance reviews aligned to Corporate framework, training and development programs aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Lead and execute talent development programs and frameworks to ensure effectiveness, with a focus on building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Lead talent development program and framework to reach its effectiveness.
• Execute and support the company's performance management process, ensuring alignment with development goals and business objectives.
• Build a learning organization through various learning and development initiatives, including maximizing the learning platform as LMS. Embed it into a learning culture.
• Support functional development program through formalize its framework, execution and outcome.
• Drive employee engagement survey and action plan together with HRBP.
• Support and follow up the culture development program to ensure organization effectiveness.
• Build and develop a strong L&D team.
• Support the employer branding activities when required.
• Build good relationship with stakeholders and coach, guide and support them in term of development needs.
• Build and own the training and development cost.
Yêu cầu
Educational Background:
• BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field, professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
Working Experience:
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Talent Manager or similar in MNC
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Experience in partnering and influencing senior leaders
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs and leadership pipeline initiatives
• Hands-on experience with executing and supporting performance management processes
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Skills:
• Strategic Talent & Leadership Development: Ability to design and implement strategies for talent management, succession planning, and building a robust leadership pipeline.
• Performance Management Expertise: Deep understanding of performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and linking performance to development and business objectives.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Strong skills in coaching and guiding employees and leaders to foster growth and development.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Acumen: Excellent ability to build rapport and negotiate with all levels of the organization, with a sharp understanding of how talent initiatives drive business success.
• Change Management & Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to lead and drive organizational change, embedding new cultural and developmental initiatives.
• Communication & Influence: Superior communication skills to articulate complex policies and influence key stakeholders.
• Resilience and Initiative: Proactive and driven to implement and manage new programs effectively.
Other Specific Requirements:
• Ability to lead in a diverse and collaborative environment.
• Possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions.
