Candidate Relationship Management: Directly manage senior and executive-level candidates, lead offer negotiations, and deliver an exceptional, high-quality candidate experience.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Monitor and optimize key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and consult with Hiring Managers on market trends to improve hiring strategies.

Training Management: Take full ownership of the Corporate Training Calendar, managing all logistics, including venue coordination, materials, and scheduling.
Training Needs & ROI: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate program effectiveness (ROI) to ensure learning initiatives align with company growth goals.
Talent Development Frameworks: Support the implementation of Competency Frameworks and partner with department heads to facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.
