How you will contribute
You will:
Partner with senior leadership in the business on setting a holistic talent management strategy and developing talent and succession plans in accordance with BU needs, advising and coaching leaders to drive workforce performance & KPIs
Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans, function transformation agendas, accelerating core capability development in line with strategic plans, while enabling a growth culture that translates into employee engagement.
Advise on integrated talent management partnering with People Leads, CoEs and People Services on practices and plans related to workforce planning, leadership development, employee development, early career programs, strategic talent reviews, career and succession planning, pipeline management, global mobility and capability programs
Partner with Talent Acquisition Lead to identify and plan for talent needs- responsible for managing the talent pipeline, identifying future requirements
Enable and co-lead enterprise-wide initiatives. Collaborate with CoEs to design streamlined talent programs, processes, policies and procedures, guiding CoEs with strategic direction on talent initiatives to ensure alignment and support of business unit strategies, supporting with setting guidelines for talent cycle and ensuring the talent cycle execution across the business and within regions
Drive diversity and inclusion agenda with regards to integrated talent management strategy - with your deep understanding of local culture and talent nuances
What you will bring

Strong business acumen and leadership in HR. Can partner and influence on strategic priorities, with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance
Strong living and working experience in south east Asian markets and associated understanding of SEA talent drivers.
Experience in both consulting and HR leadership roles
Ability to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growth
Ability to develop strong partnerships and coach senior function leaders
Ability to create and lead change strategy and complex transformation
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
