Mô tả công việc
Work alongside the Talent Management Team in providing support to the Practice Groups and Functional teams in relation to people matters, including but not limited to:
• Manage the end to end interview process
• Assist with planning and organization of university recruitment events
• Responsible for processing approvals and recruitment programs for all hiring
• Provide administrative and logistic support to the Talent Management Team in the provision of a full spectrum of HR related functions
• Assist in employee on-boarding and departure process
• Assist in HR compliance works
• Ensure employee data update in HR system in timely manner and filing is well maintained and updated
• Coordinate with the regional Learning and Leadership team to arrange training for employees and new joiners
• Build good relationships and work with Partners, functional heads and practice groups on a frequent basis
• Perform HR ad-hoc projects as assigned and HR-related reports
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu
1. Technical skills, qualifications and experience:
▪ Bachelor's degree in relevant fields;
▪ Experience in similar HR role with 4 year experience at least;
▪ Good written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills;
▪ Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;
▪ High level of discretion, diplomacy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality;
▪ Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype for business or similar)
