Job description:
1. Talent Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute Employer Branding roadmap across internal and external channels.
- Execute annual Talent Review and Succession Planning for critical positions.
- Support to identify and develop HiPo and leadership pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Build and develop Talent Management & Development programs
2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Develop and execute Employer Branding roadmap across internal and external channels.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to ensure hiring quality, strong talent pipeline, and consistent candidate experience.
- Drive outreach activities: career events, partnerships with universities, industry networking.
- Track and enhance EB/TA effectiveness through data and analytics.
3. Capability & Leadership Development
- Develop and maintain the competency framework for all job groups.
- Lead annual capability assessment and design capability-building plans
- Implement Leadership/Manager Essentials programs to uplift people leadership
- Ensure training quality, learning evaluation, and capability uplift measurement.
4. Performance Management & Organization Effectiveness
- Lead and develop performance management program (including goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation, and calibration)
- Support workforce planning, organizational design review, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Drive OE and change management programs with department heads and leaders.
5. Engagement, Employee Experience & Retention
- Lead engagement surveys and drive improvement actions with business leaders.
- Design and implement employee experience initiatives: onboarding, career development, recognition, and retention programs.
- Strengthen corporate culture based on core values and leadership behaviors.
6. HR Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain Talent & OE dashboards covering succession, capability, hiring quality, engagement, and attrition.
- Provide insights and recommendations to GD and Leaders to support data-driven decisions.
7. Team Leading & Partner Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent & OE specialists to ensure strong execution capability
- Manage external consultants, training partners, universities, and assessment vendors.
Report to: Head of HR & GA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in Talent, L&D, or OE management roles with 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong experience in Talent Management, Employer Branding, Capability Development, and Performance Management.
- Experience in Automotive industry/ MNC is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to lead change, influence senior leaders, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- High integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and strong ownership mindset.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English (written & verbal).

- Working place: No. 02, Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh District, HCM City/ Street No. 02, Long Binh Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai
- Working time: 7:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday
