Mô tả công việc
Project Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the sales of the Company by expanding sale opportunities with Interior Design and Architects on their Projects and managing the sales force such as staffing management, development and, monitoring performance of teams to achieve sales goals.
1. Managing, planning and implementing the strategy and budget planning.
- Planning to develop partnership channel by expanding network with architect firms, real estate companies, hospitality and contractors.
- Managing, planning, implementing the strategies, sketch design plans and determining costs related to each project.
- Proposing and developing the policies to support, promote products and sell through to stimulate and increase sales revenue.
- Preparing and delivering sale pitch to direct customers and partners in order to win the project.
- Advising customers on products selection and timeline of each project and ensure tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment.
2. Cooperating with other departments to maximize sale opportunities and brand image management.
- Supporting agents in marketing implementation, customer conferences, bidding.
- Ensure proper implementation of customer strategies at the point of sale to increase market share.
- Monitoring and implementing discount rate to increase sales effectiveness and manage margin.
- Cooperating regularly with CRM, stores, logistic to ensure time, quality and quantity of products to meet clients' needs.
- Synthesizing, analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the plan assigned periodically to direct manager.
3. Leading staffs
- Allocating and arrange workload for the team members.
- Managing the completion of a specified analytical project from start to finish.
- Training, coaching, mentoring and leading team members to improve their skill and performance.
- Reviewing actively the internal working process, give ideas that bring good performance to the related teams.
4. Other duties as requested by direct Manager

- Sound knowledge and familiar in the Interior Design / Architect industry such as high-end kitchen, bathroom, furniture or similar.
- Great interpersonal skills and has the ability to draft proposals. Must have existing pool of network within the industry.
- Comes with experience in working alongside with ID and contractors on residential and/or commercial projects..
- Be flexible i.e. able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
