TÂN PHÚ, ĐỒNG NAI - EMBROIDERY & BONDING MANAGER

This position is responsible for developing an adding decoration value to the product through the modern technology by using embroidery, bonding, laser cutting and providing solution for Customers to add more value to approach the highest brands in fashion industry.
· Liaise with Merchandising team to ensure unit receiving new developments for embroidery/ bonding. Provide costing to Merchandising teams promptly.
· Deligate, manage Development Executive and Production Executive to ensure sample execution plan and daily production plan are achieved.
· Review all the production/ Quality Assurance reports and rectify if any deviation from target.
· Follow up on pre-preparation process for all styles.
· Ensure 5S practices within department are up to company standards.
· Review and authorize raw material ordering sheets.
· Track progress of risk analysis/ pre-production meetings for all styles.
· Liaise with Plant operations teams for day-to-day activities to ensure quality, delivery, productivity.
· Conduct skill evaluation, coaching, and performance appraisal/ KPI tracking for all staffs in the unit to grow people capability up to the highest performance unit.
· Ensure compliance requirements/ adherence in unit to maintain a safe and happy workplace for employees.
· Liaise with Design/Merchandising teams on value engineering, execute new concepts for customers to approach all the highest brands with the high value.
· Liaise and negotiate with all raw material suppliers on pricing/ ordering .
· Review running styles to see where else bonding can be used and pitch to customer via Merchandising department.
· Prepare monthly/ quarterly embroidery plan with Embellishment team. Prepare order forecast to ensure planned plant fill rate. Provide periodical business forecasts on revenue, cost, headcount, etc. Monitor monthly cost sheet, profit & loss, achieve/exceed targets.
· Manage team to control absenteeism, labor turnover rate, and disciplinary.
· Look for opportunities to sell capacity to outside customers and expand the unit.
