Tax Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to lead tax planning and compliance efforts for AIG and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have experience with Big 4 audit firms or similar roles in holding companies and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to tax regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tax Planning: Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the tax position of AIG and its affiliated companies.
• Policy Updates: Stay updated on tax policies and regulations and liaise with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Compliance Review: Assist in conducting tax compliance reviews and audits for affiliated companies to ensure adherence to applicable tax laws.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate tax risks associated with AIG, its subsidiaries, and potential M&A targets to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Training Organization: Organize and conduct tax training sessions for relevant departments to enhance their understanding of tax matters.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partners and tax consulting firms on various tax-related issues to ensure effective resolution of challenges.
