[TDM - Bình Dương] Logistics Supervisor

* Main tasks:* Daily operation:- Follow up plan and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plan.- Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.- Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.- Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system.* Project developing- Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.- Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue.* Manpower managing- Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound operation.- Mornitor operator, DC staff 's operation to be comply with work instruction, job standard.- Update work instruction and working process to match new requirement from customer, or changing in company operation.
