Testing Management
• Lead and oversee all Heat Transfer testing activities for Adidas programs.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and approved before Buy Ready Date (BRD).
• Monitor testing status, manage priorities, and proactively address potential delays.
• Maintain accurate testing records and reporting.
• Drive testing readiness throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure timely approval of Heat Transfer developments to support commercialization
milestones.
• Escalate risks and implement recovery plans when required.
Technical Evaluation & Problem Solving
• Review testing requirements and evaluate test results.
• Investigate testing failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Recommend alternative technical solutions when necessary.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Heat Transfer suppliers to ensure timely sample submission and issue
resolution.
• Coordinate with Material Development, Merchandising, Quality, Manufacturing, and
Adidas teams.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and testing compliance.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop the Heat Transfer Testing team.
• Monitor team performance and workload allocation.
• Promote accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement.
Process Improvement
• Improve testing workflows and tracking systems.
• Reduce testing cycle time and re-test rates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Yêu cầu
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Development, Testing, Quality Assurance,
Commercialization, or Apparel Materials.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team management role.
• Experience working with Heat Transfer, Graphics, Printing, or Apparel Decoration
materials.
• Experience in supporting global sportswear or apparel brands is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
• Heat Transfer technologies and applications.
• Material testing and quality management.
• Wash durability, adhesion, and performance testing.
• Commercialization process and milestone management.
• Risk assessment and corrective action management.
Skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Effective stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Language
• Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Adidas programs.
• Experience with PLM or material management systems.
• Familiarity with apparel development and commercialization processes.
