Testing Management
• Lead and oversee all Heat Transfer testing activities for Adidas programs.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and approved before Buy Ready Date (BRD).
• Monitor testing status, manage priorities, and proactively address potential delays.
• Maintain accurate testing records and reporting.
• Drive testing readiness throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure timely approval of Heat Transfer developments to support commercialization
milestones.
• Escalate risks and implement recovery plans when required.
Technical Evaluation & Problem Solving
• Review testing requirements and evaluate test results.
• Investigate testing failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Recommend alternative technical solutions when necessary.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Heat Transfer suppliers to ensure timely sample submission and issue
resolution.
• Coordinate with Material Development, Merchandising, Quality, Manufacturing, and
Adidas teams.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and testing compliance.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop the Heat Transfer Testing team.
• Monitor team performance and workload allocation.
• Promote accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement.
Process Improvement
• Improve testing workflows and tracking systems.
• Reduce testing cycle time and re-test rates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
