What you will do:
• Be the Hero: Provide top-notch technical support to our customers through our ticketing and communication systems.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge Builder: Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users succeed.
• Feedback Connector: Collaborate with product and development teams by sharing user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Versatile Task Taker: Be ready to tackle additional assignments that come your way.

Must-Haves:
• English Proficiency: TOEIC 750+ or IELTS equivalent.
• Experience: fresher or 1+ years in a technical support, IT, or Teaching Assistant role / Customer Service role.
