We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Lead of Web Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development across a range of technologies, with strong leadership skills and a pragmatic approach to decision-making.

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C#.
Develop and manage web applications using ASP.NET and Entity Framework.
Manage and optimize relational databases such as OracleDB, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and maintain services using gRPC and protobufs in C, C++, and C# environments.
Build and maintain frontend solutions, with experience in modern frameworks such as React being a bonus.
Apply best practices in system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Balance customer needs with business objectives to make sound architectural decisions.
Manage basic networking tasks, including server setup, firewall configurations, security implementations, and certificate management.
Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to manage applications, analyze logs, and identify bottlenecks to improve performance.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders. This includes client-facing interactions such as technical support, product demonstrations, and identifying customer pain points.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and plan technical tasks to align with project timelines and company goals.
Create technical designs and development plans to support product roadmaps.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 to 8
developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Extensive experience in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C#.
