RESPONSIBILITIES

This role provides the opportunity to transform the customer experience from both technical and business perspectives. By leading the adoption of new technology stacks and modernizing legacy monolithic applications, you will enhance service value and significantly impact the overall business.

We seek a leader with both technical expertise and a business-oriented mindset to drive this success. Your mission is to build a cross-functional ID platform that provides a smooth service experience to our customers, promotes site usage, and enhances the overall value of our business.

• Lead technology selection and software architecture decisions
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure code quality and release quality
• Facilitate smooth communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure the security level meets business requirements
• Operate the core platform services in the production environment and develop additional features

Qualification

• Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
• Over 10 years of experience as a server-side engineer.
• At least 5 years experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing medium to large-scale applications.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization middleware, including Keycloak, AWS Cognito, Auth0, and similar platforms.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core technologies such as authentication, authorization, session management, and secure web application development.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively address challenges and communicate effectively.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Ruby/Go/NodeJS
• Experience in designing and developing ID platforms
• Experience in modernizing legacy applications
