* Position Overall Description
We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company's technical team and all projects they undertake.
* Principal Accountabilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Architecture and Design:
- Drive technical decisions and provide guidance on architecture and design.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our applications.
Development:
- Be hands-on with coding and contribute to the development of critical features.
- Your skills and experiences
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
* Domain Expertise:
- A Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the fintech domain, with a focus on developing financial products.
* Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with a focus on cross-platform mobile app development using Flutter and web app development using React.
- Strong command of backend technologies, particularly with Go (Minimum 3 years of experience).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture
- Strong experience with databases, demonstrating a working knowledge in RDS and NoSQL databases. Proficient in database design, optimization, and effective management.
* Leadership and Collaboration:
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
* Project Management:
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
* Problem-Solving:
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions
