1. Product planning, innovation and elevation:
Define product requirements and objectives as well as a development roadmap based on business goals.
Foresee and plan execution of technical infrastructure according to product requirements in each phase of development and growth.
Constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve product features based on trends and user insights.
2. Product execution and management:
Execute and manage development plan in both back end and front end according to product roadmap.
Analyse, design and develope backend and API model and structure based on product requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Constantly use data to measure and analyse the effectiveness and delivery of the products/features and propose improvisation timely if required.
3. Management and Leadership
Be part of DIIJAM management team to define strategies and plan for product development according to the business goals.
Lead and manage Technology team, making sure team is clear of business vision and goals.
Manage technical related processes to increase effectiveness, reduce cost and minimize risks and setbacks.
