Manage end-to-end product development projects, ensuring timeline, cost, quality, and product maturity targets.
Act as the main liaison with customers for product development topics and requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including System, HW, SW, ME, Test, Reliability, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.
Manage project plans, milestones, prototypes, product configurations, and engineering changes.
Track and report project status, risks, issues, and corrective actions to customers and management.
Lead project meetings and support gate reviews, requirements, specifications, and change management.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASPICE, and internal processes, while driving continuous improvement and lessons learned

Minimum Bachelors of Science, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of work experience as project manager or similar roles in the automotive industry - Experience in managing automotive related project is essential - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as electrical/software/mechanical engineer or related positions - Ability to manage the different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, schedule, etc.
Good knowledge in the areas of product development processes and quality assurance - Knowledge of IATF16949/ ISO 9001 and/or ASPICE will be added advantage - Ability to prioritize and manage pressure - Good communication skills, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in speaking and writing - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
