Technical Sale Support (Estimator - Hybrid Working)

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We're having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named T.A Vietnam.
We are looking for a Technical Sale Support who can review mechanical drawings and count HVAC air devices (grilles, diffusers, dampers, etc.) to support quotation preparation for the sales team. This role does not require HVAC design experience. Candidates who can read drawings and are comfortable working with technical plans are welcome to apply.
Job Overview and Core Responsibilities:
• Identify, locate, count and generating quote on all Air Devices including Grilles, Registers, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire dampers, etc. found on mechanical plans.
• Apply competitive cross reference, pricing, and lead time strategy on quote generation.
• Ensure compliance of selections with industry standards and regulations
• Providing technical guidance on GRD Selection to sales team, customers and other team members
• Maintain and organize team inbox for workflow management
• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely information on productivity, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Overcomes business and technical objections of prospective customers.
• Lead the execution of processes and programs to enhance customer experience and increase quote conversions.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries efficiently.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
