Technical Sales Engineer - Lab Instruments for Microbiology

This role will concentrate on utilizing technical expertise to support sales efforts, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. They will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Create quotation for customers, follow up and update information,
Create business opportunities, follow up, negotiate contracts, transfer contracts to related departments for fulfillment, order and track the progress of goods to delivery, payment, and customer care.
Reviewing and updating sales forecast and monitoring customers' product situation on time.
Coordinate with colleagues to complete assigned tasks from Manager.
Taking immediate action once the problems or difficulties that might affect sales performance occur.
Reporting all parties concerned once the problems or complaints were found
Report on assigned tasks to manager weekly and monthly.
Ensure quotations, minutes and presentations are prepared and delivered on time
