Job Description:
As a Technical Sales Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Vietnam market. You will leverage your technical expertise to recommend and sell Aerzen's industrial blowers and screw compressors, aligning solutions with customer needs and market trends.

Business Development:
- Actively seek and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing key accounts to drive growth in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Recommend tailored industrial blowers and screw compressors to customers, based on a thorough analysis of their needs and a competitive landscape assessment.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Use Salesforce to manage and track accounts, identify potential opportunities, and optimize customer value.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, nurture leads, and support promotional activities.
• Technical Support:
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers across Vietnam regarding product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and specifications.
• Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for maintenance and repairs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical
Sales Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of screw blowers, positive displacement blowers, screw compressors, and turbo blowers.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, and industry partners.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English for internal and external communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), and preferably with good Salesforce knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Priority will be given to candidates with driving skills and a valid driver's license.
