Conduct onsite visits to furniture factories and suppliers to assess production processes, technical capabilities, and compliance risks.
Provide onsite technical guidance on relevant furniture standards, testing methods, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary technical contact during onsite meetings, audits, and factory walkthroughs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business, contributing to revenue growth.
Plan and execute client visits or outreach via phone/email, including delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, including pricing and discount suggestions, for
Sales Manager approval.
Develop marketing strategies and activities to expand market penetration across different segments.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams-technical, project management, customer service-to ensure accurate project updates and resolve issues.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Operation Managers to manage client complaints and support debt collection.
Represent the company at industry events to promote services and expand the client base; work with marketing to create supporting materials. Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Furniture Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales of testing services, QA/QC solutions, or technical products-preferably in the furniture, hardline, or consumer goods industries.
Strong technical background combined with excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer‐oriented mindset with strong relationship‐building abilities.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
