Description
As Technical Sales Manager - Textile Printing, your main responsibilities will include:
* Develop new business opportunities for textile printing ink products.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Identify customer needs and present suitable textile printing ink solutions.
* Prepare sales proposals and follow up on commercial discussions.
* Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate opportunity records.
* Work with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and product information.
* Monitor market activity and share relevant customer and competitor insights.
* Contribute to sales planning and delivery of business targets.
Profile
A successful Technical Sales Manager - Textile Printing should have:
* Experience in
business development or sales.
* Knowledge of textile printing ink products or related industrial solutions.
* Ability to identify customer needs and develop practical sales proposals.
* Experience managing customer relationships and commercial discussions.
* Ability to organise a sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Textile, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
7+ years of sales or technical sales experience in textile printing, inks, or related industries.
Strong understanding of screen printing processes and textile manufacturing
Experience managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the APAC region
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Customer-focused with a hands-on and results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel up to 75% as required by the role
