BACKGROUND
As part of the growth plan, CNAV Business Value (Vietnam) is looking for Cyber enthusiasts to undertake the above role. The right candidate can be fresh graduate but must be interested in picking up knowledge in implementation, operation of Cybersecurity technology. He/She is expected to carry out implementation and operation of security software. For those who excels in the field can expect to step into Cybersecurity advisory led by seniors practitioners. He/she must also possess 'can-do' attitude and analytical troubleshooting skill-sets. Due to the emerging nature of the products undertaken by CNAV Business Value (Vietnam), this role must be prepared to learn globally leading Cybersecurity products in short timeframe.
Role
This position is expected to base in Vietnam with focus on both presales and post-sales activities but heavier on latter. He/she is expected to support Sales on crafting out solution proposal or response to Request For Proposal (RFP) and implement the solution once awarded. This candidate may from time to time being assigned project to carry either the whole implementation of partial phases depending on his/her availability. This role is expected to be an integral part of the team to deliver quality for our customer and be the trusted advisor.

Duties
1) As a member of project implementation team to
i) Conduct Requirement Gathering and Design Workshop for customers
ii) Carry out installation and configuration of Cybersecurity products such as Symantec or Trellix DLP etc
iii) Assist in hardening OS according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark
iv) Assist in conducting SIT, UAT and OAT
v) Support senior in preparing the training for customers
vi) Create documentation
vii) Provide standby support
2) As a member of presales team to
i) Contribute writeup to proposal
ii) Research solution if applicable
iii) Support presentation of proposal to customer
Yêu cầu
Required skills/ Qualifications:
1) Degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science with Cybersecurity as specialisation
2) Vietnamese
3) Some experience in implementing Cybersecurity technology is preferred for Associate
4) 2 years of technology implementation experience will be considered for a Consultant position
5) Good understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS
6) Good interpersonal communication skill
7) Able to speak both Vietnamese and English
8) Able to present in both Vietnamese and English
9) Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
10) Passionate about learning Cybersecurity technology
11) Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe
12) Able to travel within South-East Asia
13) Any industry Security Certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent is an advantage
14) Vendors' product certification is an added advantage
