After-Sales Services: Perform installation, calibration, user training, and repair for designated Mitutoyo precision measuring equipment.
Software Training & Solutions: Conduct Mitutoyo metrology software training for customers and support them with optimal measuring solutions.
Customer Relations: Interact with customers to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships; address and follow up on customer concerns and technical issues.
Internal Support: Collaborate with and assist other departments in training new staff members.
Requirement
Male, under 26 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Metrology, or related fields) is required.
1-2 years of experience as a Technical Engineer is preferred. Fresh graduates without experience are welcome (The company is ready to provide comprehensive training).
Fluent in English communication.
Willing to work overtime or travel as required by the job.
