Research & analyze customer's demand, summary and propose new product ideas
Prepare product target features, specification upon customer requirement
Cooperate with related team (internal & customer) to set-up new product plan, including: Product specification, Product appearance, Technical standard, Specification sheet or Manual or instruction documents, Propose idea for competitive price, Propose idea for yearly sales quantity
2. Business Analysis [20%]
Analyze business data
3. Product training [10%]
Cooperate to prepare & conduction product explanation or training for internal and external customer
4. Sales support [10%]
Provide supports for related or rising problems to make new product and current product penetrate well to market
Cooperate with related team to collect relevant product document, data to support sale activities
Participate in new product promotion activities, provide product introduction and details features explanation
Bachelor's Degree in Civil
Electrical Engineer/ Industrial Electrical Engineer is preferred or any technical related
Having strong experience (3 -5 years) as Technical Service Engineer/Project Engineer in electrical field or civil electric & industrial electric (Low voltage) is a plus
Having experience in electric system and electric distribution/device/equipment for residential and non-residential according to Vietnam standard (QCVN/TCVN) is a plus
Open minded, proactive, problem handling and solution providing driven, proactive
Accept frequent travel if required
Good at English for working
