Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Pre-Sales Engineer
(5+ years of experience) to lead technical pre-sales activities, architect complex AIoT/ELV solutions for enterprise and government projects, and support high-level strategic bidding. This role serves as a bridge between client requirements, sales strategies, and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Consulting:
Lead deep-dive requirement analysis for large-scale projects; design end-to-end AIoT, CCTV, and integrated ELV solutions tailored to Key Accounts (Government, Smart City, Commercial Enterprises).
Bidding & RFP Management:
Directly prepare high-quality technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), high-level design (HLD) architecture diagrams, and lead the technical defense in RFP/Tender processes.
Solution Standardization:
Develop, standardize, and maintain industry-specific solution toolkits (Smart City, Traffic, Banking, Retail, Industrial Parks); continuously optimize solution efficiency based on deployment feedback.
Competitor & Market Intelligence:
Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis (technical benchmarking, feature gaps, pricing strategies) and market trends to drive regional solution positioning.
Technical Leadership & Enablement:
Deliver high-level technical presentations to key decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Project Directors); conduct technical training for internal teams, partners, and SI (System Integrators).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Regional Sales and R&D teams to localize product features and ensure smooth transition from pre-sales design to post-sales delivery.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years
of progressive experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting in CCTV, AIoT, ELV, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Large-scale System Integration (SI).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Mastery:
Deep technical expertise in video surveillance, VMS, AI analytics (FR, ANPR, Crowd Analysis), access control, server/storage sizing, and IP networking (CCNA/CCNP level equivalent).
Hands-on experience with technical drawing and sizing tools (AutoCAD, Visio, BoQ calculators).
Languages:
Fluency in English OR Chinese
(both written and spoken) is required for internal global reporting and technical documentation.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional client-facing presentation, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions under high-pressure, competitive bidding environments.
