Key responsibilities:
• Provide training for new
Sales staff.
• Provide advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on High-end product.
• Support Salespersons and Customers with any technical queries on Keyence's products.
• Participate in Seminars to explain about Keyence's products and functions.
• Provide consultation to Customers to maximize product's performance.
• Provide first training for Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
• Offering After-sales support services, Solving client problems.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor of engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical or Electronic, ...
• Excellent commands of English or Chinese
• 1 - 3 years' experience in Technical Support/ R&D, working in Factory Automation industry is an advantage.
• Experienced in PLC programming is an advantage.
• Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
