Mô tả công việc

In response to the rapid digital transformation of both business and education, CODE continues to expand its core team of technical and multimedia specialists and now seeks a Technical Support Officer for (a) our Strategic schools' outreach initiative to high schools and the wider community; and (b) our portfolio of Digitally Enhanced Learning projects for RMIT Vietnam's educational programs. Proficiency is required across software, hardware and programming languages. Experience in areas including - but not limited to - artificial intelligence, augmented reality, basic robotics, data analytics, internet of things and virtual reality will be considered favourably.
This is a varied position which suit an enthusiastic small team player who enjoys working on multiple projects. Working hours will be flexible with activities occurring outside of normal working hours. Subject to relevant conditions and restrictions, work from home and travel to domestic locations may be required. We may consider part-time appointments and/ or candidates who are in the final stages of relevant degree study.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Research, evaluate and demonstrate emerging and existing software, hardware and platforms which can support innovative teaching and learning. Areas include - but are not limited to - artificial intelligence, augmented reality, basic robotics, data analytics, internet of things, virtual reality.
Collaborate with academic and professional staff and students in order to investigate, demonstrate and evaluate digital technology to support learning and teaching innovation.
Support the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of digital learning and teaching activities to support our Strategic schools' outreach initiative (see for example [protected info]).
Maintain and evolve current systems including Sphero© and mBot educational robotics platforms; Oculus virtual reality systems (PC-based).
Support varied projects as required including face-to-face / online activity planning, management, delivery and evaluation.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor degree in computing science, software engineering, information technology or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software, hardware and platforms. Previous experience in the education and/or technology sectors will be considered favourably.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (CODE is a mainly PC-based work environment).
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented problem-solver, able to handle multiple projects, platforms and devices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstration of software, hardware and platforms to trainees or learners.
Able to adapt between online and face-to-face working environments and locations.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages.
