Contract Duration: 1 Year (Fixed-Term)
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer - Semiconductor for delivering technical & engineering-focused training. The trainer will primarily conduct sessions on semiconductor manufacturing and engineering concepts, covering both foundational and applied topics such as assembly, packaging, testing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
The candidate should have experience delivering sessions in both remote and in-person formats, and be comfortable engaging with faculty members, students, early-career engineers, and working professionals.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting structured training programs for diverse audiences, including engineering students, faculty, and industry professionals, in formats ranging from short workshops to multi-day training programs and train-the-trainer sessions.
Your key responsibilities include:
Conducting engaging and practical training sessions using a standardized semiconductor curriculum.
Delivering sessions on semiconductor manufacturing processes, including assembly, packaging, testing, and NPI workflows.
Providing train-the-trainer sessions to enable scalable knowledge transfer.
Delivering dynamic and interactive sessions in both in-person and virtual environments.
Localizing content to ensure cultural and language relevance for Vietnamese learners.
Supporting learners with hands-on examples, case studies, and real-world applications.
Collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program quality.
Traveling within Vietnam to deliver classroom-based training sessions as required.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in:
Assembly / Packaging
Test Engineering
NPI (New Product Introduction)
Manufacturing / Process Engineering
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle and production environments.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and upskilling in semiconductor technologies and training practices.
Experience in conducting train-the-trainer programs is highly preferred.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience in teaching at universities, technical institutes, or corporate training environments is a strong advantage.
Ability to incorporate real-world industry practices and case studies into training sessions.
