Technician, Machine Maintenance Stamping

Your Job
Management, maintenance, and repair machinery and equipment in the Stamping area to ensure production operations meet quality, productivity, and output targets. Assist with the repair and maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
What You Will Do
3+ years of experience in the stamping industry. Implement the trouble shooting of machine, equipments in the production, make report to Team leader for diffcult cases
Support Engineer to ensure the machine overall performance and follow the schedule to meet the target of production. Make a report when there is an incident in the shift
Work closely with production, mold, and die team leaders to carry out repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Provide the training and coaching for operator
Understand the individual and department target to contribute into the quality target.
Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
7S & KAIZEN
Environmental Health Safety
EICC & Social Responsibility
Protection of company assets
Understand and maintain well equipment about stamping machines, vision machines, read and understand PLCs, HMI, inverters, basic jig design
Equipment management, order spare part. Planning periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance. Make a trouble shooting.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Good knowledge in problem solving and QC tools
Be able to read technical drawings & use vision
Good knowledge at stamping processes, machine ( Bruderer, Kyori, Doppy...)
Standards, instructions creation skills
Training skills and make report skill
