Coordinate and execute personalized invitation campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
Update and maintain the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct tele-calling to verify and enhance visitors' contact information.
Ensure clear and professional communication with visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
Work closely with the project and marketing teams to support overall visitor and exhibitor initiatives.
Assist in tracking RSVPs, collecting feedback, and ensuring guests receive a seamless event experience.
Make 100-120 calls per day.
Yêu cầu
● Recent graduate or final-year student with a passion for communication, customer service, and events.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polite phone manner.
● High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Positive, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
● Comfortable with data entry, basic CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
● Intermediate level of English; Vietnamese fluency required.
