To expand business activities in Vietnam, we are now looking for potential candidate for position of Test Manager/Test Leader with the above job scopes and requirements:
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of products
Manage a testing team (automation and manual test) to ensure product quality.
Make Test Strategy, Test Policy, Test Plan
Requirement/specification analysis
Define process to Create Test design and test cases.
Report: Making quality report to customers base on test results output.
Communicate with other project stakeholders to ensure the quality of the functions/modules which you are assigned.
Manage (assign the tasks, review the work products, training) subordinate
testers.
