What You'll Do
As a Part-time English Instructor at ZIM, you'll play a vital role in empowering learners with high-quality English training. You will:
Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging and effective English classes (offline/online) across various formats.
Collaborate with Academic and cross-functional teams to enhance course outcomes and the learner experience.
Ensure a supportive, personalized, and outcome-driven classroom environment.
(Optional) Learner Support & Testing
Conduct placement tests, assist students during on-site shifts, and offer 1-on-1 tutoring when needed.
Contribute to mock exams and other student-centered events.
Provide feedback and personalize learning plans based on learner needs.
Academic Research & Content Development
Research and write
Scholarly Articles
and academic content for learners.
Participate in content creation and educational product design (curriculum, self-study materials, assessments, etc.).

What We're Looking For
Passion for teaching English and learner development
Energetic, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Ability to structure lessons clearly and personalize learning strategies
Solid understanding of exam formats and scoring systems (IELTS, TOEIC, PTE, etc.)
Basic research and academic writing skills
English Proficiency Certificate (at least one of the following):
IELTS: 7.5+ (no skill <6.5)
SAT: 1400+
TOEFL iBT: 102+
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Degree in English Language/ELT or Education
Pedagogical certifications: TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, DELTA, etc.
Experience in personalized and contextualized English teaching
Content development and academic product design experience

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate:
200,000 - 600,000 VND/hour
Estimated Monthly Income:
8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND (based on teaching hours + R&D projects)
