Mô tả công việc
Job Description:
1. Equipment Operation and Process Execution:
• Operate, adjust, and perform daily maintenance of production equipment in assigned
processes (e.g. DTY texturizing, weaving, coating).
• Follow standard operating procedures and technical instructions strictly.
• Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, speed, tension, etc. to ensure
product quality.
• Participate in testing, trial runs, and adjustments of new processes, materials, or formulations.
2. Technical Learning & Process Support
• Actively learn and understand the full textile manufacturing process, including different
fabric types (e.g. outdoor fabrics, awning fabrics).
• Focus on machine operation details and process implementation to support the team in
understanding the relationship between equipment performance and fabric quality.
• Record, analyze, and report technical data and abnormalities during production.
3. Quality Control & Troubleshooting
• Conduct basic quality inspections on finished fabrics and identify common defects such as
skewed weft, uneven coating, broken warp, etc.
• Analyze and handle basic equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
• Report major technical or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
4. Production & Safety Support
• Assist in managing the use, storage, and handling of chemicals in the production area.
• Participate in maintaining 5S standards, safety regulations, and a clean production
environment.
Yêu cầu
Professional Requirement: Textile Engineering, Mechanical/
Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience working in textile manufacturing factories, such as weaving, DTY texturizing, coating, or related processes.
Knowledge, Skill Requirement:
• Familiar with at least one textile process (weaving, DTY, coating, etc.) including equipment operation and basic process principles.
• Able to understand the relationship between fabric specifications (e.g. width, raw materials) and production processes.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in multiple textile production processes.
• Basic problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible working attitude.
• Experience in new production line setup or new equipment commissioning is a plus.
Personal Quality Requirement: High sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork spirit.
