JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow the sales process to generate new sales pipelines and, collaborate with the Service Team to upsell the existing B2B clients to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and strengthen ClassIn's network and reputation in the education market in Vietnam.
Develop and manage distribution channels effectively, collaborate with distributors to run sales campaigns, and make sure they achieve their sales KPI.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop commercial promotion campaigns within the commercial policy to win new clients.
Work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources, and drive win-win solutions for the clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above.
Education sales background or SaaS sales background (B2B experience is preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in the Education industry (Edu-tech experience is a plus).
Excellent experience with sales pipeline management.
Flexible to adapt to changes.
Smart with technology.
Integrity, proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, a quick learner, willing to embrace challenges.
Transparent communication and excellent negotiation skills.
Be both a self-starter and a team player.
Fluent in English is required.
Willing to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer Success
Maintain healthy relationships with assigned customers, including key accounts, SMEs, and individuals
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and CS team to achieve the target of upselling extra services
Conduct client's onboarding, training, development, and engagement
Develop referral channels with existing customers
Develop plans to support the growth of existing customers
Provide information and answer questions about our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Proactively look out and propose ideas for potential products and services for upselling
2. Customer journey solutions
Work closely with the Customer Success & Sales team to develop and apply a customer service plan aligned with the customer journey
Be proactive in proposing resolutions and services for clients
Work with clients to learn their operation process and support them to adopt our product solutions effectively
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 2 years of B2B customer success or sales experience in the SaaS/ Education/ EduTech industry
Experience with onboarding new clients, sales pipeline management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
Smart with technology and have a passion for education
Integrity, proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Quick learner, willing to embrace challenges.
Be both a self-starter and a team player.
Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as a part of the Technical Solutions Department, your role will be responsible for:
Customer Support
Being the first-line supporter for customers seeking technical assistance within the clients' group
Qualifying and tracking the issues/inquiries raised by end-users
Working closely with the Global Support Team to resolve clients' issues
Product
Localizing the product language to Vietnamese to ensure it is understandable for non-technical users;
Testing and validating product quality before release;
Receiving client feedback and supporting the Shift Leader in collecting information to propose and prioritize product features for the Line Manager;
Proactively monitoring the product and tracking bugs;
Technical Writer
Composing User Guide/User Manual/ New Feature Blog Post for end-users
Translate Product Documents and related documents to Vietnamese/English
REQUIREMENTS
Currently a university student at a recognized institution
Experience in technical support or related fields is a plus
Good communication in both verbal and written Vietnamese and English
Customer empathy
Passionate about technical products and understanding of customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Ability to learn new things quickly
