Flexible working hours: Ensuring achieving 22 hours/week.
This job requires candidates to work 6 days per week from Monday to Saturday.

Location: Work from anywhere.
Reporting line: Internal Operation Manager
Your responsibilities:
Assist in creating and creating engaging content for multi social media channels, SEO, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, campaign, seeding, promotional activities, etc.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Hands-on experience in prior projects or prior internship is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent ability in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, especially in Excel and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, and self-disciplined to be able to work in a remote working environment.
7. Benefit:
a. Salary: Initial fixed salary: 3.000.000 per month. Salary review is always available for employees who perform well.
b. Other benefit:
Public holidays. Take time off and spend it with your family during your country's public national/regional/state holidays.
Internship certifications are available.
Salary review after 6 months or 1 year working at the company.
