Mô tả công việc
Begins to develop a knowledge of Learning & Development procedures.
Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them.
Maintain & updating Training Record & Tracking files.
Prepare Training materials (support translation, games, and other training materials).
Support to organize Internal & External events for Hotel's colleagues.
Coordinate and support to manage all Internship Programs in hotel.
Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message.
Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
Support tracking Merlin courses & Merlin supports.
Arrange appointments and meetings and training classes.
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.
Other duties assigned by Manager.
