1. Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Recruitment Intern to join our VN Volume Recruitment team. This role is highly hands-on and focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high volumes of candidates to meet our hiring targets.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
Drive daily sourcing activities to generate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing channels.
Screening & Selection
Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, face-to-face interviews, and recruitment orientations.
Assess candidates against job requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
Hiring & Onboarding
Drive candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal HR teams (HRBP, C&B,...) to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
Verify candidate information and required employment documents.
Stakeholder & Recruitment Management
Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and manpower demand.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, conversion, and hiring status.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
3. Requirements:
Experience before in recruitment, mass hiring, headhunting, or sourcing, preferably in the BPO/ITO industry.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Comfortable using job portals, social media, recruitment databases, and MS Office.
