Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and process customer requests for booking and issuing tickets.
Remind customers of ticket issuance deadlines and assist with related issues.
Plan and remind customers before departure to ensure they have all the necessary flight information.
Handle requests for ticket changes/cancellations according to airline policies.
Assist customers with related information such as baggage policies, ticket prices, online/offline check-in procedures.
Support customers in handling emergency situations like lost tickets, flight cancellations/delays, and itinerary changes.
Keep track of and update promotional programs and airline policies to advise customers.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective customer service.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from intermediate level or higher, preferably in tourism, aviation, or customer service-related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in airline ticket sales or related fields in air transportation, tourism, or customer care.
Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or domestic airline websites.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel).
Good communication skills, flexible in handling situations.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
Preference for candidates with basic English communication skills.
Careful, honest, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
