Scope: We are seeking a proactive and creative TikTok Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will drive the growth and success of the TikTok store by strategically managing daily operations, optimizing campaigns, and aligning efforts to maximize Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Job Descriptions
Strategic Daily Operations Management
- Lead and streamline daily activities of the TikTok store, including product listing optimization, order processing efficiency, and customer service quality monitoring.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance overall performance.
Performance-Driven Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design and execute data-informed promotional campaigns, store activities, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and increase GMV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and TikTok's unique platform dynamics.
Inventory and Logistics Optimization
- Proactively monitor inventory levels, logistics performance, and distribution processes to prevent stockouts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop strategies for efficient inventory turnover and cost-effective stock management aligned with sales forecasts.
Brand Image and Community Building
- Partner with
content creators, influencers, and internal teams to enhance the brand's identity and reputation on TikTok.
- Foster engagement through storytelling, community interaction, and creative content that drives traffic and builds customer loyalty.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to identify trends and opportunities.
- Use insights to refine strategies and prioritize activities that drive incremental GMV growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on TikTok or similar social platforms.
- English working proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently resolve customer issues.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, audience behavior, and viral trends.
