Address and resolve guest complaints regarding beverage quality and service standards in a professional manner.
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational activities for management review.
Recommend staffing requirements, equipment needs, and budget allocations to support efficient bar operations.
