[TMA Solutions] Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced
Technical Architect
to design and drive technical solutions across software projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java, DevOps, and Data Processing, along with a solid understanding of scalable and enterprise-level systems.
Responsibilities:
Define and design system architecture and technical solutions based on business and project requirements.
Lead technical design and architecture decisions across projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Design scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Data, BA, QA, and Project Management teams.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
Identify technical risks, performance issues, and system limitations, and propose effective solutions.
Support system integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Ensure technical solutions meet project objectives, quality standards, and long-term business needs.
Required skills:
7+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or technical architecture.
Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
Solid experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise application development.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
Good knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, and data processing.
Experience designing scalable, distributed, and enterprise-level systems.
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.
Experience with technical design reviews, architecture documentation, and technical decision-making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and technical leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Software Engineering).
TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AI, MLOps, or Big Data technologies.
Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Experience designing architecture for high-traffic, distributed, and enterprise-scale systems.
Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability.
Experience working across multiple technology stacks and project environments.
