Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào?
• Prepare & follow up the requests of quotation with clients, assigned by tour managers
• Check information, price ... with suppliers
• Make all necessary bookings and follow-up before, during and after tours.
• Assign jobs to tour guides, vehicles suppliers, drivers etc.
• Communicate with Sales team to ensure smooth Operations and Reservation
• Brief guides in detail for each booking
• Prepare group payment list and follow up payment with accountant.
* working both with Vietnamese and foreigners
* working with Vietnamese and English languages as well as AI translation Polish/Czech language
