About the company:TropiGo Travel is one of Terra Indochina's partners, specializing in organizing tours for European visitors to explore Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Viet Nam and beyond.
Job Description:
Book all the services for the tour as the program.
Prepare total tour expenses according to the program.
Coordinate and oversee tour operations.
Work with tour guides, transport providers, hotels, and partners to ensure all services run smoothly.
Monitor the tour's progress, reconfirm all booking with suppliers before customer's arrival to ensure everything is in good order.
Request for payment to tour guides.
Double check and approve related invoices received from the accountant before payments are made.
Collect feedbacks from customers and tour guides and send reports to relevant departments to improve future tours.
Make quotation to help sale team with new programs and destinations.
Provide data inputs of services and suppliers into the company's server.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in tourism.
In-depth knowledge of tour operation and arrangement.
Excellent coordination and cooperation skills with service providers.
Proficiency in English and knowledge of Thai is an asset.
Capable of working under pressure.
