You will join our General Director Office Division - Admin Department, as the office administrator role, you will perform various day-to-day tasks in support of the organization. Success in this role will be demonstrated by completing your tasks effectively and efficiently.
What you will be doing
• Import-Export Operation
• Ensure lead-time for incoming shipment as commitment
• Ensure cost accuracy as GSS information and contract
• Settle incidents happens during customs clearance, such as product description, document discrepancy, wet, loss...
• HS determination: confirm HS and explanation for HS if it is challenged by Customs.
• Duty payment: Settle any duty payment issue: such as discrepancy on account, amount
• Price audit: work with Customs authority to confirm price, make payment for it. Update price audit database and file documents
• Post Customs Audit: Work with Customs officer if Post-Customs audit is implemented
• Product Compliance Operation
• Ensure that testing, type approval and exemption is completed on-time and accurate in accordance with related QCVN.
• Ensure that payment for testing is done on time and accurately.
• Ensure that no product compliance issue is found in market
• Compliance training for SEV staff
• Regulation Update
• Update changes on regulation of import-export and product compliance. Analyze the impact, propose action plans and explain it to involved parties. Follow up the implementation of action plans
• Working with authority and regional offices to propose revision, adjustment on new regulations.
• Process Management
• Build SOP for new process if required
• Regular review and update current process to make sure it adapts with required operation
• Partner Management
• Manage vendors operation to ensure it meets operation requirements in the contract: CC & Haulage Contract, E-cus contract, Contract with testing labs, Contract with disposal vendor
• Market research to find new capable vendors and new operation, new service
• Join tenders to select vendors
• Evaluate GSS vendor performance, update requirements to new GSS tenders and feedback for GSS proposal.
• People Management
• Assign job to team members and follow up it to ensure section performance
• 2. Set up yearly performance goals and do evaluation for each team members
• 3. Develop potential members
• 4. Do training to new members
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
What you should have
• Education: Bachelor's degree of Electronics Field or quality management or equivalent
• Good Technical knowledge in Electronics products field or quality management of electronics products
• English: fluent speaking, good writing skills
• At least 4 years of Electronics Testing/Compliance Certification job or equivalent experience is preferable
• Ability to organize and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook...
• Problem solving, teamwork, organization, negotiation, proactive, flexible, and honest
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
