1.1. Reporting and Database Management:
• Deliver weekly & monthly reports of Volume, Distribution and Contracts for Sales Team to keep track performance progress.
• Calculate the amount of payment based on contract terms and actual results of retailers and distributors.
• Calculate monthly target & incentive for Sales team.
• Prepare documents based on guideline and follow-up with payment process.
1.2. Contract Processing:
• Submit contract on System based on data submitted from Sales Team, review the accuracy of the information.
• Collect hard documents from Sales Team to complete the contract files.
• Submit documents to related stakeholders for signature.
• Follow up stakeholders to ensure the contracts are finished and sent back to Sales Team, meanwhile finishing the signing process on system
• Organize and Assort Hard Contract Files for further reference of Sales Team.
• Maintain database of contracts and annexes.
1.3.
Trade Marketing execution:
• Prepare documents and follow up internal process.
• Audit display program and calculate GT outlet incentive for display program.
• DMS management: set up promotion scheme, import distributor sales in volume, update Sales team & distributor code.

• At least 01 year working experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing at FMCG/Retailer Company.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Agile Thinking & Problem Solving.
• Effective Communication & Teamwork.
• Good at Microsoft Offices (especially Excel & Power point) and English fluency.
• Proactive & result-focused and follow up to the end.
• Independent & reliable.
