Mô tả công việc
2. Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market's needs and expectations.
3. Work with various teams (Marketing, Retail, Sales, Channels,...) to implement marketing activities.
4. Work with HQ/Local Factory to obtain information about new products, create training material.
5. Execution product training for both internal and external parties.
6. Promotional spending forecasting and implementation.
7. Implement events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
8. Planning and coordination with Branding team for BTL activities, Branding events,...
9. Ownership display stands / display guideline / POSM management.
10. Design and execution motivation schemes for Promoters / floor salesman to enhance sell out performance as well as maximize product advantages at stores.
11. Other tasks that assigned by Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Business Management / Marketing or Equivalent
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
- Creativity & Keen eye for detail.
