Job Summary
The
Trade Marketing Manager (TMD) is tasked with developing and executing the business/promotional strategy of each product category according to the objectives of each distribution channel. They are responsible for planning to achieve sales targets for each product category, ensuring product visibility in stores across each distribution channel, identifying market opportunities, and planning to convert these market opportunities into sales. They efficiently manage the operational budget, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share for both the product category and the company.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement promotional programs for the industry, distribution channels, and target customers according to the marketing manager's strategy within the allocated budget.
* Minimize channel conflict through support policies and allocation of promotions for sellers/buyers.
* Evaluate support programs to provide information and propose enhancements to investment efficiency for management levels.
* Regulate goods by region/channel, combined with periodic inventory tracking at Distributors, markets, and resolving inventory at the company to ensure the inventory policies prescribed for each product category and distribution contract.
* Analyze market information, competitors, and industry data reports (internal, external) to propose action plans (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing) for each region/area.
* Prepare conferences, sales pitches, sales support tools for new product launches
* Visit the market to inspect, evaluate support programs, projects, and competitor information
